What to do about subacromial impingement?Subacromial impingement is so common and yet we don't have a quick fox for it. When it get better that is great and that i most of the time but what do we do when it doesn't? The latests studies don't look good for surgery, we know injections kill tenocytes but do help symptoms for a while at least.
